wide nasal bone?

what causes these green lines i drew under the eyes, its makes my nose look extremely wide, the lines are connected to my nose and go right bellow my eyes, it kind of looks like bone but im not sure the nasal bone is supposed to flare out like that if thats the case

I believe tear troughs are right above that part, what im talking about is directly connected to my nose, im starting to think its just bone but im not sure why its shaped that way, maybe cheekbone recession or something similar

Tear troughs are the ones connected to the nose under the eyes, I believe caused by poor orbital support, usually lack of bone from recessed infraorbital bone like @iblameccwr said, although I think fat pads also play a part.
