Wide Nose Rhinoplasty Doctors?

My nose is a big failo for me cause it's very very wide, it's projection outwards is decent, it isn't inwards like many African American noses (I'm white), but it's just very wide. I havent really seen many results from anyone but African rhinoplasters fixing a nose as wide as mine, anyone know how I should go about fixing my nose? What doctors I should look at?

The only chance I really want is slimming the bridge down, how plausible is this? Is this something that can easily come with complications?
