Wide nose when smiling

Whenever i smile my nose gets very wide even though its small. When i smile with my teeth it looks a lil better but i cant smile with my teeth because im a fucking toothcel with bunny teeth but if i smile with my mouth closed it gets so fucking wide. I was thinking about accutane but my parents dont allow me

botox in alars and just go on Accutane who care what parrents think
