leanness is law but once lean, may as well try increase muscle mass since it will always be a multiple to an extent.

u could be slightly higher maybe 17% cos i don’t see any real ab definition showing through. could be wrong tho. i’m happier when i heard i was higher bf than i thought lol, even though longer process, there was more progress and ascension to be made than i thought.
