well you have to have the cheekbones too obviously
models frequently get teeth extractions for this very reason

i suppose this would be true if the rest of the face was the exact same. but that's never the case, because a better bone structure is exactly what a wider palate results in.

Ive very forward grown face and still narrow palate. But my teeth were never crooked and fit in. So, i think its bs.
