I'm gonna answer my own question just to clarify:
Some autists have high prenatal T. Since autism is an umbrella term for a variety of factors that result in similar symptoms, autism can have totally different causes and pathologies. Gut microbiome, prenatal hormones, exposure to heavy metals, genetics, etc.
I have autism from something genetic, my Dad has it too.
