Is get bigger and wider and prioritize upper body. Lateral raises and gigantic Delts is the only way to work around a waist like me. I have 32 inch waist. If you have a wide waist you must cope with upper body mass. There is no workout to fix your waist. Do not cope. You can get leaner which can lower By an inch ( I used to have 30 inch when i was twink maxxed) but you absolutely have to take the gym pill to be bigger wider to actually look good. I'm strong but I'll never have a sluttly little bitty waist. The good news is if you can actually get big you will size mog others around you who have small waists. But yeah this is my Ted talk on big waist.
