wide zygos narrow jaw

I have wide zygos but my jaw is smaller and it makes me look like an alien, like in this photo(except that my checkbones are round not that sculpted). I am 175cm and 70kg and my face looks round and really bloated because of this, will losing weight help me or i will look round anyways? also im getting invisaling braces but i don’t think its gonna help widen my jaw.
