Widen lips

Can i widen my lips by cutting the corners and constantly stretching the cuts? I have big lips but want to widen them a little more so they will be wider than my nose

Not really a safe idea. It'll look weird and heal back weird, at least theoretically speaking. I've never seen anyone go through with it.

Lip width is influenced by your intercanal distance - the distance between your canines.

Having a low intercanal distance could be caused by a narrow palate, which would make your lips look narrower.

It's hypothetical, but checking if you have a narrow palate could give some insight on what to fix.

And even apart from lip distance, a narrow palate can negatively influence your aesthetics in other ways.
