Widen out IPD without palate expander or mewing?

Anyone know some unpopular method? Actually my IPD is too narrow and for a palate expander I'd probably would have to suffer a medical condition that it is created for unless the doctors won't give it to me. Mewing takes too long and I didn't even see any noticable differences of the IPD on before/after pictures neither.
