I'm 15 and heavily considering mse but it's gonna fuck up my bigonial width to bizygomatic width a lot more than it currently is.

Any orthodontic ways to widen bigonial width?

There are almost none you need bimax or implants for that. The Fränkel appliance, has been shown in children and adolescents to modestly increase bigonial width, but results are usually limited and variable, mostly during active growth phases. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3056123/
But who knows if it will work for you.
Only method that could have some minimal effects is chewing since it increases the size of the masseter muscle

Yeah I have the same experience with it after a while it makes you look more worse than good. It really depends on the insertions. Either way you don't wanna overdo it see Connor Murphy or even brad Maverick has overdone it slightly imo
