there's literally guides in Botb, but ill suggest surgery is the only way to ascend in that i need that too

If your mouth is narrow due to a transverse maxillary deficiency, it always is deficient anteriorly aswell.

So in other words: if you need widening, you need advancement way more.

Just transverse expansion looks uncanny, thre are plenty examples of that.

So Bimax plus widening?

I’m talking about a wider smile/palate. Not lips.

Lip width isn’t ideal as well but I’m mainly concerned about having a wider smile and perhaps a wider Maxilla as well. Shouldn’t the lips in theory change in time with palate expansion and braces due to the teeth being laterally expanded ?
