Widening palate with narrow jaw

I have narrow palate but also a narrow jaw and im pretty sure my suture is open. If I expand my palate a lot will it fuck my face because of narrow jaw. Will my bite get fucked aswell rn its ok except maybe very little overbite. Also should I just thumbpull or go get mse or something similar.

i guess mse is the only thing that can help, I really wanted to believe in mse but i literally spent like a few hours researching it and there is no evidence it works at all, its just cope and a waste of time

I dont mean fixing narrow jaw I want to expand palate for better smile but when expanding palate if my face and especially cheeckbones widen alot the it might fuck how my face looks like bc cheeckbones will be so much more wide than jaw and I will look like retard. Rn you cant see my cheeckbones at all.
