Widening your mouth

I always had a narrow mouth but since i got gonionfiller (which ascended me overall) it looks even more narrow due to my lower third being wider

How can i fix the width? I really don't have a clue, not even surgeries etc

Comissuroplasty could help but the results aren't that great imo

cutting the edges of the lips and letting them heal and then cutting all over again
also while cutting you can use the widening plastic from amazon or some shit

segmented lf1, marpe and commisuroplasty seems like the only methods. You can make your nose narrower which makes your mouth appear wider also
