Wider maxilla made me uglier??

I expanded by like 3mm and you can see a subtle change and it lowkey made me face way too wide and now I sometimes look like a have an allergic reaction when bloated and im still chopped with a 42mm palate?? My cheeks are so chubby. I'm hopping on Test in a while but what is that gonna do at 19, realistically
