You can get tall children with your manlet husband. You do in-vitro fertilization. Get some embryos and get their genomics checked by some company who does Polygenic Risk scoring.
You take the embryo which has the highest Polygenic score for height and implant the embryo into her uterus. She will then birth a child which will likely be tall. Give the child good nutrition aswell to maximize his potential and done. - No sperm donor necessary.
A sperm donor is less reliable, because genetic recombination is random. The son might inherit the height genes from the mother's side. Just go by polygenic score.
