He probably worked multiple years at JP Morgan as an associate and him suddenly getting fired is a huge red flag. Basically if you get fired from some top firm you are fucked because if you choose to not include it in your resume it would be taking a long employment gap which is a big no no and if you do they are going to run background checks and you will get caught.
