will 0.5 hydrocortisone shrink the nose?

everybody suggests using 1% hydrocortisone cream to shrink the nose.will it work if i use a 0.5 % hydrocortisone cream?

been using the 1% one for a bit of time (only when i go out that same day); honestly, it works wonders but i gotta say a small nose doesn't suit everyone

check if u have amazon pharmacy in ur country and show them some bs about skin (obv not ur nose something its meant for)
