Will 0.5 inch needle be enough for IM ?

I'd say I'm around 20% bf. Would prefer pinning ventroglute but my delt is definitely much leaner

also the reason I only have half inch needles if because there's literally NONE that would be 1 inch syringes with needles without having to deal with the hassle of buying syringes and needles separately

Delts maybe. But you’re def only gonna reach subq for ventroglutes at 20% bf. If you wanna do IM for vg, you should be at most 15% bf.

just got done pinning. tried delt but not really sure if it went fully into the muscle (we'll see if a huge bulge forms - but wait that will actually improve my frame so thats good) felt a sharp pain like 5 minutes after and it still feels kinda stiff
 
yeah that’s normal when you pin a spot for the first time the stiffness should go away in a day or 2

You should be fine just jam it into delt

Even If you inject in delt I would say the chances are very low

Just lose weight bro
