Probably not because it only equates to a few IUs of HGH at highest effective dose. Might help develop some more facial bone mass. U need to take HGH and low dose AI if u want a good chance of growing alot.

I've seen people on here that grew 1 inch after like 6 months of consistent use, maybe it has given me false hope but idk

Yeah that could have easily just have happened naturally. Even HGH is cope to some degree, most research points to it only making a difference in very early prepubescense like 12-13, but definitely still a chance of it working after that.
