If your nose bothers you a lot I wouldn't do 15IUs. Your nose would almost definitely get bigger but it's up to you. Gl man

I'm unsure about the severity of the growth but growth will certainly happen. Your nasal bridge and tip would likely get noticeably wider since your nose is largely composed of cartilage and soft tissue which responds heavily to HGH. For the record, I don't think your nose is terrible, but I'd be cautious.
