How on earth is not eating estrogenic.Fasting is cortisol inducing and estrogenic, don't do it
Fasting elevates fatty acids that work through the PPARGC1A that activates both the ER (estrogen receptor) and GR (glucocorticoid receptors)How on earth is not eating estrogenic.
What about eating just a pepper a day?Fasting elevates fatty acids that work through the PPARGC1A that then activates both the ER (estrogen receptor) and GR (glucocorticoid receptors)
Still cortisol inducing, anytime you feed an organism less energy than it requires, it taps into the cortisol, estrogen, and adrenaline receptors to keep on functioning/use as energyWhat about eating just a pepper a day?
Or just anything tiny in general
What about taking estrogen blockers and fasting at the same time?Still cortisol inducing, anytime you feed an organism less energy than it requires, it taps into the cortisol, estrogen, and adrenaline receptors to keep on functioning/use as energy
Just inject test at this point tbhWhat about taking estrogen blockers and fasting at the same time?
Bot comdor with injectionsJust inject test at this point tbh
It's still metabolically damagingWhat about taking estrogen blockers and fasting at the same time?
But I'm losing weight and getting leaner this wayIt's still metabolically damaging
Works short term, sure, but it's damaging in the long termBut I'm losing weight and getting leaner this way
I mean I don't stay like 3 days or so. I just eat once in 24 hrs.Works short term, sure, but it's damaging in the long term
Similar experience here. I was doing IF for a very long time and have been doing OMAD for a few weeks (which has been going very well) and have just done a couple days of waterfasting and my seborrheic dermatitis has improved dramatically. No itching/scaling on my scalp, less hair in the shower and less inflammation on my chinfasting for three days will noticeably reduce bloat, even if you take electrolytes (unless youre giga obese or your kidneys dont work or something)
source: i've done 40+ 3+day fasts
occasional short fasting (2-4days with electrolytes) made all my hormone relevant biomarkers improve just dont fast so much you arent getting close to isocaloric on the week
i could see it reducing anabolic hormones if you are in chronic large caloric deficit same as any severe cutting diet so just dont do that and youll be fine
also used to have small issue with psoriatic like inflammatory skin thing triggered by vegetable oil and patches would ALWAYS go away after day three of fasting (nothing else helped except topical steroids which are GAY)
if you have seb derm bad enough to have chronic scalp itching, hair shedding, itching/scaling in the beard area I 100% recommend doing a period of strict carnivore elimination diet before reintroducing foods one at a timeSimilar experience here.
