You can but it's painful and dangerous because you need to hit hard

And you will just gain like 2-3mm of bones on 2 years

Doing it longer risks you brain damage, tissue scarring I wouldn't recommend

I did it and stopped at 2 years before having too much scarring

Implants are more efficient and can give you wider face that bonesmashing can't do

And bonesmashing doesn't give you square orbitals which is doable with infras
