Could I do the same thing with milk since the cows they use are grown the same way as fast food restaurants

bro if your parents or/and grandparents are 5 foot 2 goblins you`re not gonna be 6 foot 2 chad by only drinking milk. Being in a deficit may slow down your height progression but not drastically. 1 inch will not make that big difference. Just make sure you`re taking reasonable amount of nutrients and vitamints your body needs and keep leanmaxxing.

Mostly yes. As i`ve already said it generally relies on your genetics. Diet plays some role in it but it wont make much of a difference if you taking healthy food.
