long eyelashes
but i have scleral show and a bad eye aspect ratio

Canthopexy tightens and elevates the outer corner (lateral canthus) of the eye. It's less invasive than canthoplasty and mainly supports or mildly lifts the canthal tendon.

Hunter eyes are achieved with a natural slight upward canthal tilt, a poorly performed canthoplexy can cause an exaggerated upward tilt which wont give that natural hunter eyes looking kinda thing and u will end up looking artificial and strange. there is a lot more risks with canthoplexys that i cba getting into.

The Canthopexy would basically fix my only flaws
Being droopy lateral canthus and scleral show
Every other part of my eye is almost perfect for hunter eyes
