Fuck you pussy for reminding me of scleral show

How is it going to get someone further away from hunter ey
Canthopexy tightens and elevates the outer corner (lateral canthus) of the eye. It's less invasive than canthoplasty and mainly supports or mildly lifts the canthal tendon.

Hunter eyes are achieved with a natural slight upward canthal tilt, a poorly performed canthoplexy can cause an exaggerated upward tilt which wont give that natural hunter eyes looking kinda thing and u will end up looking artificial and strange. there is a lot more risks with canthoplexys that i cba getting into.

My lateral canthus is a little droopy so I want it for that flaw as well
Its like a 3% chance of getting botched

yeah it can help with droopy
Genuinely I don't understand how it will not give me hunter eyes
The Canthopexy would basically fix my only flaws
Being droopy lateral canthus and scleral show
Every other part of my eye is almost perfect for hunter eyes

A canthopexy changes canthal tilt how? How does it elevate the exocanthion?

A successful canthopexy can add 2° to 5° of canthal tilt, the exocanthion is just connected to that man.
