Will a diuretic fix allergy related swelling?

During the summer I have a mild grass allergy which causes red lines under my eyes, overall redness and increased water retention.

I’ve been on most OTC anti histamines and none of them helped me stop this.

If a diuretic could be helpful; what’s one I could easily take everyday with minimal sides
