Will a Genio or implant raise the hyoid, or do you need to have jaw surgery

I’m wondering this because I feel like the reason for my low hyoid is because my palette is small for my tongue. Only jaw surgery would fix that.

Or can I just have Genio and it will pull the muscles to raise my hyoid and give a tighter jawline

you could just get submental liposuction if what you want is to tighten up the jawline area

Doing bimax just for that is giga-overkill

How is moving the hyoid gonna change that area in that case?

If theres no soft tissue then what is there to tighten up?

The more a surgery tightens the hyoid muscles it will lift it up and back.

Look up hyoid position, you can have no fat there and your jaw will still look shit because of your hyoid positioning
