I guess but there are greater risks, if i could avoid it and fraud with fillers or genio would be cool

I have good front but i lack angularity, and got slight naso folds, i think a genio would pull my skin tighter, my upper maxilla isnt terrible i have good zygos but i think my lower maxilla or something is lacking or just the chin projection hence i cant get that super tight skin
