I think you mean monolid, no it won't, it will give you more hooding making your monolid less visible, however the underlying issue is solved through double eyelid surgery
 
Maybe it can. More forward bones can stretch the skin out. Or maybe the skin doesn’t attach to bone in that way (maybe surgery doesn’t reattach the skin in the way needed to stretch it to remove/reduce monolids). I’m uneducated on this topic.

If it does, I don’t know whether the skin reshapes after the surgery, adapting to the new bone structure, bringing the monolids back.
