No it does nothing the only thing could be it helps when you grind your teeth at night, but even that you need to treat the root cause not the symptom,

It does nothing if anything if your face is already long it will make it even worse by adding more hight to jaw kinda hard to describe. It also looks unnatural and stupid as well if you go anywhere with them, and the mico plastics will lower test and other stuff
