will a orbital implant or filler give you hunter eyes?

Let’s say I get fillers for my upper eyelids. I have a neutral CT and an average Medial canthus. Will adding a orbital rim implant or even adding in fillers give me a sharp hunter eye look?

i have 33mm pfl which is very well above average, but also 15cm+ byzygo which is also very well above average - both are 90th percentile at least
but eyes don't look wide sadly because of proportions.
i wish i had a small skull and narrow face to have wider eyes illusion.

Slight UEE, good pfl, straight and thick eyebrows, and voila you have a good eye area

same brother we would benefit from upper blepharoplasty and lower eyelid retractation with some fillers.
I need to fix nose too and widen lips, then i'll be psl 6+ but fixing mouth is more of a pipe dream
