Will a palate expander benefit me aesthetically or not?

I'm 16 with a narrow palate and i've been thinking of getting an expander, i do understand if you have certain ratios that getting it will make you look worse.
I am talking about the bigonial to bizygomatic width ratio and fwhr. I have around a 0.85 bigonial to bizygomatic ratio and a 1.65 fwhr (cooked), plus i have bad midface support (recessed infras, flat maxilla etc.) and a narrow palate that has cooked my teeth spacing, i dont have a wide ipd and my ct is neutral.
With this information, do you think that marpe will help me aesthetically or no? And is headgear paired with it worth it or does it not do anything (considering my age).
