Im 16 years old, had a palate expander with a labial bow when I was a bit younger but basically I never wore it, now im regretting it and wondering if its worth it to try to get another one at this age?

if ur palate is narrow why tf dont u take it like urself saying ur palate is fucking like no hate but if it is obviou take it also max age for palate expansion is 25

What would be like the fastest way to get it perscribed? is there some shit I can larp other than sleep apnea to get it faster, took me like 8 months to get it last time
