My teeth are naturally spaced out and shitty and the orthodontist said that it would make them worse. So should I get one to get good Maxilla and even worse teeth?

Wouldn't recommend if your teeth are already spaced out as that's bad enough.

Getting a palate expander would severely worsen the issue, please don't unless you want to genuinely be hideous... or get veneers in the future.

You will mess up for sure , but braces won't affect the maxilla after you use the expander
