I’m ethnically Mediterranean, 20 yrs old and a daily sun enthusiast, don’t use sunscreen ever. I want to hop on Tretinoin but if it makes you extremely sensitive to sunlight how could that affect me?

sun destroys tretinoin, I would apply it in the evening

you can use matrixyl it doesn't have the sensitivity issues of tret/retinol but it's also weaker than retinol.

use methylene blue

You are gonna age your skin very quickly treat or no tret. Everyone should apply sunblock whenever outside, it should be common knowledge on this forum.

It’s also been looking like shit might be cause it’s not on my skin as long cause of the sun

School forces me to go in the sun a lot as well, since I bike to school. Plus I have to face the windows in a few of my classes. I hate wearing sunblock but obviously it would be unwise to not.

Indeed but sunblock leaves me looking like a ghost with gay makeup. So until I dedicate myself to finding a fix I’m not wearing it

It’s one or the other bro. If you are in the sun while using tretinoin you gotta have sunscreen on otherwise you will fuck your skin

I look unnaturally white with sunblock on. Plus it gets weird and specky-looking after a while. But I can’t have the sun aging my skin. I’d recommend that if you can’t stand the visage, either find an invisible product or just apply small unnoticeable amounts since some protection is better than none.
