im 17, had a recessed chin, got in contact with an orthodentist and was recommendeda twin-block appliance, got it
im kinda skeptical if itd actually help in any sort of forward growth after 17 since this stuff is used for 13 to 14 year olds
it also has MARPE so i guess it helps somehow
