i am thinking to hop on accutane , i have really big cystic acne, they got reduced using tret, do you think its worth it, i heard it reduces testerone, what do you think?

Accutane’s brutal on acne but yeah, it can mess with your hormones a bit. Worth it if cysts are bad, though.
