With the rise of artificial girlfriends and the upcoming advancements in robotic female companions, do you believe that looksmaxing will continue? In my opinion, we like to believe that if we as men have an alternative to biological women, there would be no need to improve our looks. I know some people on this forum may argue that looksmaxxing might continue since it just feels good to look your best, and it might still open job opportunities by making you look attractive. Still, I think the main conceit behind improving one's look as a man is gaining female validation and attention. Without the need to impress the opposite sex, I truly believe that men will turn into slobs. You actually see this in Arabic and Indian culture. The man over there has either an arranged marriage or a forced marriage. This means that they do not need to improve how they look since they are guaranteed reproductive success. When you have this system, you will end up getting smelly men, like Indians, and men who do not groom themselves, like Arabs. This is also why when you take men from these cultures and countries, they find it the hardest to attain women since they have never had to practice proper hygiene or be charismatic in their daily lives. I guess if all goes well, though, they will continue not needing these traits, and we will all turn into Indian men.
