yes androgens and rhgh cause the bones to thicken and the clavicles to grow, ur nose browridge chin jaw would grow if you were to take high doses , anavar and some androgens might make it look like your jaw grew but it didn't ur masseter muscle just hypertrophied but yeah it causes ur bones to thicken not grow
