I'm currently eating at a caloric deficit (1,500 calories) and it is almost exclusively comprised of high protein foods.

no, anorexiamaxxing will just make you look frail and closer to skinny fat, you need to pack on as much muscle as possible while also staying as lean as possible, get on a strength training program, eat in a surplus and try to make at least 60 percent of your diet from protein, frozen tilapia fillets are a cheatcode

No your face/skull is narrow you dont look fat or ugly. I got a bloated wide face so if i drop bf i would see a big difference but your face type/shape wont be as much effected by it.

My face has always been this shape, except when I used to be low bf my face was more skinny and my jaw was more angular.

Can you show a pic from that? I dont think losing bf will effect your face much since it doesnt look puffy or bloated or wide
