I've been working to understand the biology of female attraction.

We have phenomenon's like the "sexy son hypothesis" and run-away selection, that prove that female attraction is not hardwired instincts to look for definitive chacteristics, but looking for those characteristics when they stand out from the sea of males.

If you don't stand out, you're invisible to a great many women. So for a great many guys, if they look and sound like most other guys around them, then they have to either radically change themselves with extreme surgeries and enhancements to greatly stand out, or move.
