Gyno goes away with surgery. But puffy nipples, slight gyno might go away. I have slight gyno and nothing eliminates it completely but getting to low bf helps it.

The literature shows that nolvadex will have a 50% chance of getting rid of gyno caused by puberty and a 100% chance of getting rid of steroid induced gyno. Only other option, if this doesn’t work, is surgery. Which I have had.

I think it is only for prevention of gyno, not removal. That's why bbers get gyno surgery even though they take ai.
