@bossman thinks its impossible but i dont think so.
Just go to a normal plastic surgeon or jaw surgoen that knows how to fix cleft lipp and then it mogs.
They dont have to have done it before.
They just need to do it on me and cba.
If it has scars i just get scar revision. cba.

I asked rhe surgeon and doing lateral commisuroplasty is doable but more complicated than lipp lift.
Costs about 4k€
no hospital stay
But i was warned of scars but doable.
Scars seem to be similar to lipp lift.
