Fuck kms should I refund ? wanna see my pie?
sure send a pic and i can give you some recommendations

i would refund if your sole purpose is PIE. i personally wouldn't even use those machines as if you use them wrong they could do more harm than good. just stick with a stamp

Can you explain your reasoning for that? Does it not penetrate deep enough for vascular repair? I just ordered my derminator 2 for my PIE/PIH and skin roughness. Gonna use their HA and GHK-Cu as well.

well i dont know the exact reasoning, but here is what i suspect: microneedling = skin punctures = increased blood flow into that area = broke capillaries or whatever is causing the redness doesn't get to close. i've actually done microneedling quite a bit in hopes of reducing PIE, but it didn't really help. it could help you a bit, but it's not going to get rid of them and it might make it worse

HA and GHK-Cu topical are good starts for PIE and MN is an okay start for texture just make sure to space out sessions 6-8 weeks apart minimum

Am interested to see 😍

I heard with microneedling you can only use once every 4 - 6 weeks So wouldnt the process be extremely slow

Also pie are broken capillaries /blood vessels under the skin. Would microneedling fix that?

Is your solution any of these?

- niacinimide
-azelaic acid
-tranexamic acid
- retinoid
- alpha arbutin

Those all work yeah but topicals take forever. Vitamin c e ferulic acid is prob the best topical. Both topical and oral txa are solid too

Ill look into ferulic acid.

I thought vit c was for hyperpigmentation for dark skin people? Would the ordinary work in that case for vit c

and if not topical i know co2 laser can work but are there cheaper alrernatives incase you get pie again after lasering.
