Will being dark triad help me get forward growth?

so im really worried that if i talk too much i am going to recess myself. when you talk you mouth breathe which causes recession. this is bad.
if i become dark triad mew 24/7 and never open my mouth will i get results faster? will normies finally leave me alone?
any tips on nonverbal communication?
