Sorry if this is a stupid question but if I hit my macro and micronutrient goals, can I cut calories and lean out a bit? Or will this fuck up my height growth?
I’m confused because I’ve read things that it will and thing’s that it won’t, so I came here bc I’m confused.

For reference I’m about 19%bf, 6’ 165.
Thanks

calories dont exist

just eat your micronutrients and you be fine

eat meat and organs

Yes it will

But being fat also hinders height due to messing up your hormones. Fat kids grow up faster than their peers but hit final height at a slightly lower height than healthy weight kids

Should I be in a slight caloric surplus? I took a test and my maintenance is about 2.9kcals per day
