Yes you can and you should.

Rhinoplasty will give you a feminine small low set nose. Filler on the nose bridge will give you a masculine high-set straight nose. There's no reason not to do it, and even better you can get short term filler to test the look, and if you dont like it then np its not permanent.

The more low the nose bridge, the more feminine it will look (low is ugly on men, hot on women).
