No, bimax only moves the lower maxilla forward, not the entire thing

Yes it does, in almost all cases bimax uses the lefort 1 cut which is only the lower maxilla. if you want to move the upper maxilla too, you need lefort 2/3 which is almost never done except for deformed patients

Not really unless you go complicated. Regular bimax wont make ramus diffrent.

Nah cheekbones can look worse even because depending on the movements. Yes do anything to not do bimax its along tideous risky road
