Will bimax with infra-malar implants, genio, septorhino and jaw angles ascend my side

I want to fix my side profile and under view profile because my face is pretty hollow and flat, I have a decent ramus length id say but it’s pretty hidden when resting due to my face being downgrown. Ive had braces when I was like 14 and immediately after my face got longer and flat and weird concave looking when I smile. Especially my left side in my midface is more hollow than my right and makes my nostrils appear hella long. Can someone high iq tell me if my plan is gonna workout good or if there’s a less invasive way to get it decent looking enough? Btw last pic is my side profile when I was 12 just for reference.

yeah listen to some 15 year old telling you to get giga forward growth anteface and fill half your face in with synthetic materials.

If anything you should pursue a rhinoplasty since you said septo so I'm assuming you have a deviated septum and then fix the nostrils.

You don't need infras you literally have a neutral orbital vector. Idk where you feel your face is hollow and flat circle it you're being delusional.

Bimax i don't think is necessary you're not recessed or downgrown or have a bite issue. Just break your skull in half for a +1 in side profile theory (which is cope anyway).

expander won't make your soft tissue mouth wider you need a commissuoplasty and yeah nose will get wider also how tf would an expander affect the eye area.

Dam won’t fillers mess u up overtime? What’s the permanent solution with least risk, also ik it would be a fortune but im kinda panicking since my hairline is getting fucked by the Norwood demons at the moment and might not be able to get a transplant for years cuz of age. Just want to mog hair or not.

Stress that would be caused by the recovery from bimax would leave you hairless then jfl also i'm ignorant in the topic of potential sideffects from fillers and implants but ik for sure that migration isn't an issue. You should also avoid titanium implants as heaving a source of heavy metal litereally in your head will get you cancer in a few decades

Too hard to circle on the first pics here I’ll show u with a line of where my midface is in relation to my nose it doesn’t look like it but that’s where my soft tissue is if I actually put my finger there. As to the expander messing up the eye area idk that’s what I’ve seen a lot of people say since it can make ur zygos a lil further out it could make ur eyes appear closer together I’m assuming (idk)

- Short lower face height
- Low gonial angle
- Prominent mentolabial fold
- Deep bite
- Poor upper teeth show

I'd consult an orthodontic surgeon for more information, as I'm just an autist on a looksmax forum obviously.

Just don't go to a bluepilled surgeon, browsing around here you'll find some notable ones to consider

yeah it is but I’m getting septorhino next month I’ll have them deproject it and I think it’s a mix of a long tension type nose with my infraorbitals being recessed and my cheekbones only going to the side not projecting foward I’m gonna get implants for that next year tho

You do not have SFS, but you have a hypodivergent growth pattern from the looks of it. If you have bite issues, then bimax with downgrafting and rotation would be beneficial. No bite issues, not worth it
